Shipping & Returns

Product Delivery

After receiving an order, we will contact the customer to confirm product availability, delivery requirements, and payment status.

  • Local Hong Kong deliveries are shipped via SF Express, typically requiring 2-3 business days.

  • International shipments are handled by global logistics partners and may take 3-15 business days (depending on the destination). Please note that customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Our company does not cover any fees imposed by customs authorities.


Product Returns

Generally, we do not accept returns once items have been shipped.

However, if you receive a product with quality issues, you may contact us within 3 days of receipt to arrange a return or exchange. Returns or exchanges due to personal preferences are not accepted. Thank you for your understanding.


Important Notes on Returns/Exchanges
We cannot accept returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:

  • Items received more than 4 days after delivery to the specified address.

  • Products that have been opened or used.

  • Items that are stained or damaged by the customer.
