Clause 1 – Earning Points

Members will earn 1 point for every HKD 1 spent (via purchase or consignment). Amounts less than HKD 1 will not be credited.

Points will be issued on the designated point distribution date set by the company. Accumulated points can be used for future purchases.

No points will be earned for amounts paid using points or coupons.

Points are valid for two years from the date of the last purchase. Points with individual expiration dates will become void after that date.
Clause 2 – Using Points

Every 100 points can be redeemed as HKD 1 during checkout, applicable for partial payment or exchange for Hana-branded merchandise.
Clause 3 – Returns of Purchased Items

If a product for which points were earned is returned, the corresponding points will be invalidated and deducted from the point balance based on the refunded amount.
Clause 4 – Membership Termination
Membership and all accumulated points will become void under the following circumstances:

Submission of false information to the company.

Violation of this agreement.

Voluntary withdrawal from membership.

The company determines that the member’s credibility has deteriorated or other significant reasons make continuation of the agreement impractical.
Note: The company shall not be liable for any losses resulting from membership termination.
Clause 5 – Membership Withdrawal

Members may withdraw at any time by visiting the branch where the membership was registered to notify the company.

All accumulated points will be voided upon withdrawal.

The company reserves the final right of interpretation for any disputes.
